This is what SprinxHelpDesk ITS does:

The issue submitter inputs an issue via webform or email into the SprinxHelpDesk ITS system. An issue can also be submitted via phone and registered into the system by a customer care agent, for example. Alternatively, issues can be automatically sent to the helpdesk from another application such as a CRM. When a new issue is registered, the submitter receives an email notification of the issues‘s acceptance. In additional, the submitter receives a message whenever a status change is made, including the case's final resolution. This feature helps the submitter stay  informed during the entire process, from beginning to end. Your issue solvers such as customer care agents can internally communicate with each other, forward issues, ask for comments and solutions to customer requests- all within the SprinxHelpDesk ITS system, a well organized solution to make the issue management system as efficient as possible.
